Staging Consultations: We will perform a Home Staging Consultation for you on how to prepare YOUR house for sale for as little as $350. We focus not only on staging but also on the literal condition of your home from a design resale point of view. We help you prioritize the changes suggested and send photos for illustration when needed. We give you specific solutions to your problem areas including such items as paint color, lighting fixtures, and furniture arrangement. Your investment is as little as $350 and increases depending on the size and condition of your home.
This is perfect for the do-it-yourselfer. We can also provide the necessary staging services at a later date if you would prefer for us to do some or all of the staging for you. 
Home Staging Services:
Occupied Houses: We can de-clutter and rearrange your current belongings. We offer supplemental rental furniture and accessories if needed.
Vacant Houses: We offer furniture and accessory rental, as well as, full staging services.
Other Staging Services: We offer "stage to live" services. Contact us for more information.
